Traditional & Sport Taekwondo

Zynergy Martial Arts offers a great Taekwondo program for adults and teens in West Palm Beach which follows a traditional curriculum set by Kukkiwon in Korea and olympic sparring per WT guidelines.

Students will also train in traditional Hapkido and develop practical self-defense skills through striking, escapes, joint locks and throws.

Students attend class 2 times per week

With over three decades devoted to martial arts instruction, Master Garcia's mastery is second to none.

Our youth programs are specially designed to cultivate life skills and foster character development through the practice of Taekwondo. These offerings include our Martial Arts classes, a Transported After School Program, as well as engaging Spring and Summer Camps.

For adults and teens, we provide a diverse range of classes encompassing Taekwondo, Hapkido, Boxing, and Kickboxing. These sessions not only enhance fitness, flexibility, and mobility but also equip students with vital self-defense skills.
