There are some children who don’t like their parents watching them practice. In our experience, this happens because parents often scold their children due to poor performance during class or because parents believe their child is not executing the techniques properly.
We should remember that as parents, our role is not to correct our children’s technical errors and that is the teacher’s job. As parents, our role is more related to supporting and motivating our children with enthusiasm so that they do not give up and continue with their training. Therefore, it is more rewarding for your child to hear phrases like “I love watching you train” than to be constantly scolded and corrected for what they are not doing well in their training.
