Wanted to tone and gain muscle strength and mainly learn self defense techniques and this class did all of that. The instructor gives really good directions and feels like a private training session. Master Garcia is excellent with the kids. He is kind, patient and stern. He teaches them about life skills and how to maneuver with defending themselves. He rewards them but will hold them accountable for their actions.
